Steps 1 – Sign – up in case you are a first time user by providing your name, email address and phone number

Step 2 – Provide information such as

ü Username

ü User Email ID

ü Mobile Number

ü Date of birth / death

ü Place of occurrence of birth / death

Step 3 – Select State, District, Sub – division, Taluka, Village / Town, Registration Unit

Step 4 – Now you will be provided with two options such as

ü Registration Button – Once you have provided all the details properly click on Registration button. You can take the print out of the application receipt after the successful registration and submission

ü Cancel Button – In case you have provided any wrong information then you can click on the cancel button to end up the registration process
